With the job market at a crawl to add new jobs in 2025, there is a bit of a silver lining for the manufacturing and professional industries, and especially in the Midwest. According to a recent Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) article, manufacturing and professional employment rose by 18,000 and 27,000 respectively in February.
The Midwest led the increase with 56,000 new jobs.
